Patrick, Gerald James
Gerald James Patrick, 85, of Pueblo, passed away peacefully at home with his wife and children by his side on June 12, 2017. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Diana Patrick, 1983; son, Michael Patrick, 1988; granddaughters, Jessica Patrick, 2001, Tristan Patrick, 2013 and Tommi Espinoza, 2014; parents, Andrew and Mary Patrick; brother, Michael Patrick; and in-laws, Olssie and Argentina Nardini; and several brothers-in-law. Gerald is survived by his wife of 63 years, Clara Jean Patrick; children, Gerri Lyons, Linda (Steve Corsaut) Patrick and David Patrick; grandchildren, Shawna, Stephanie (Austin), Nicole, Jeremy, Jared, Michael (Abbey) and Ashley; five great-grandchildren; sister, Jeannette Booze; favorite sister-in-law, Rose Nogare; numerous extended family and friends. Gerald served in the Korean War aboard the Destroyer USS Collett as seaman first class; he received the National Defense Service and China Service Medals. He loved to go camping, fishing and hunting with his sons. He was an avid CU Buffalo fan and never missed a game. He will be missed by all who loved him. Rosary, 9:30 a.m. Tuesday, with Mass of the Resurrection to follow, St. Mary Help of Christians. Reception to follow.
