Obituary of Geneva Anderson

Bedford – Geneva “Jiggs” Anderson, 90, of Bedford, died at 3:03 am on Friday, May 19, 2017 at her residence.

Born October 23, 1926 in Liberty, KY, she was the daughter of Edward and Mary (Wilcher) Turpin.

She married David Anderson and he preceded her in death. She had attended the Family Worship Center in Baton Rouge, LA. She loved her family, CB radio, crocheting and traveling.

Survivors include a granddaughter, Susan Deckard and husband, Richard, of Leesville; great grandchildren, Tramas Ault, Kalynn Todd Ault and wife, Michaela and Cherish Deckard; great great grandchildren, John Ault, Elizabeth Ault, Brycen Ault, and Azariah Ault. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, May 24th in the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary with Bishop Tracy Bailey officiating. Burial will follow in the Leesville Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11:00 am until the hour of service on Wednesday, May 24th at the Day & Carter Mortuary.
