She is survived by: One Son: Dr. Charles T. (Debbie) Fletcher, Jr. of Montgomery, AL; Three Daughters: Kathryn Marshall Fletcher (Ted) Smith of Dayton, TX; Alma Elizabeth Fletcher (Fred) Thompson of Theodore, AL and Sarah Virginia Fletcher Calhoun of Mobile, AL; One Sister: Lanell Boone Carpenter of Bay Minette, AL; Six Grandchildren: Zeke Smith of Houston, TX; Charles T. "Chase" Fletcher, III of Montgomery, AL; Chris Thompson of Theodore, AL; Karah M. Stracener of Lufkin, TX; Jess William Taylor, Jr. of Chickasaw, AL and Simpson Elizabeth Fletcher Calhoun of Atlanta, GA; One Great Grandson: Jacob William Taylor of Chickasaw, AL
Funeral services will be held Saturday, October 30, 2010 at 3:00 p.m. at the Immanuel Episcopal Church with Reverend Ted Smith officiating. Burial will follow at Bay Minette Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Saturday, October 30, 2010 from 2:00 p.m. until the 3:00 p.m. service at Immanuel Episcopal Church.
Although the family will accept flowers they suggest memorial contributions be made to the National Alzheimer's Association, P.O. Box 96011, Washington, DC 20090-6011 or to the Immanuel Episcopal Church, 700 McMillan Ave., Bay Minette, AL 36507.
Pallbearers will be Zeke Smith, Chris Thompson, Chase Fletcher, Will Taylor, Todd Stracener and Charlie Williams.
