Christopher D. “Chris” Mullins, 48, of Stuart, passed away Monday, May 29, 2017 at the Wake Forest Baptist Hospital in Winston Salem, North Carolina. He was born in Louisville, Kentucky on July 18, 1968 to Ronald Mullins and Glenda Young Weiss.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Rhonda Barbour.
Other than his parents, Chris is survived by his wife, Stacy Mitchell Mullins; five children, Andrew Mullins, Brooke Mullins Touchstone (Adam), Briana Grubbs, Alyssa Foltz, Jeffrey Mitchell; two grandsons, Josiah and Ezra Touchstone; his step-father, Ronald Weiss; one sister, Angie Hodges; grandfather, Pete Mullins; grandmother, Gladys Weiss; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
