Kim was born on January 20, 1954 in Longview, Washington, the daughter of Edward and Eva Prisk. She was raised in Bremerton and graduated from West High School in Bremerton. She lived in Kennewick from October 1981 to February 1987 when she moved to the Issaquah-Bellevue area. In August of this year she moved to Belfair where she was employed by Sandy's Deli at the time of her death.
Kim is survived by her husband, David C. Garrison of Kennewick; one son, Robert D. Garrison, also of Kennewick; her mother, Eva Prisk Keeton on Bainbridge Island; one sister, Claudia L. Gulit of Issaquah; two brothers, Courtney Prisk of Panama and Gary Prisk of Bainbridge Island; and a brother-in-law and friend, Jeff Gulit of Issaquah.
The family suggests remembrances in Kim's name to Shriners Hospital for Crippled Children, North 820 Summit Boulevard, Spokane, WA 99201.
