33, of Lagrange, Ky. went to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on June 14th, 2017 and gave him the greatest hug he has ever been given. Our hearts are broken, but our joy is complete knowing your healing has finally come. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Charles Lewis, Ray Hough, and Catherine Hough. He leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Meredith Lewis, children, Elaina, Camden, and Noah Lewis, sister, Tiffany Skees (John); parents, Butch and Karen Lewis; brother, Rick Lewis (Sceree); mother-in-law, Connie Salyers, father-in-law, John Salyers, and sister-in-law, Beth Barker (Don), and many cherished nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday June 20th at Crestwood Baptist Church with burial at Floydsburg Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday 2-8 p.m. at Stoess Funeral Home in Crestwood Ky.
