Nonie was born on April 16, 1922 in Jay, Oklahoma. She was one of six children born to Jim and Beaulah (Cumiford) Carroll.
She was united in marriage to Andy Scroggins on May 10, 1941 in Jay, Oklahoma. Nonie was a member of the Whitewater Baptist Church. She loved planting flowers, taking pictures, and just spending time out doors. Nonie enjoyed watching the kids at the park play ball as well as watching her grandchildren cheer lead. Nonie loved music and enjoyed singing, she always had a song in her heart.
Nonie was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Andy Scroggins, daughter Patsy Keller, four brothers and one sister. She leaves behind her daughter of Jay, Oklahoma. Noni was blessed with 8 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren and 26 great-great grandchildren.
A visitation for family and friends will be held from 6-8 pm, Thursday, June 15, 2017. Services will be held at 2:00 pm, Friday, June 16, 2017 both at the Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home Chapel in Jay, Oklahoma. Noni will be laid to rest beside her husband in Duffield Cemetery.
