He is survived by his widow, the former Melissa Miller; one daughter, Mrs. Charles D. Jarvis of Syracuse and two brothers, Charles Penney of Ilion and the Rev. R.C. Penney of Stamford.
The body will be taken to the vault at the Armory Hill Cemetery and in the Spring will be conveyed to Unadilla Forks for burial.
