He passed on June 14, 2017 at his residence in De Soto, MO at the age of 81. He is survived by his wife, Reba (nee Robertson) Richardson, De Soto, MO; one daughter, Julie (Bill) Boardman, De Soto, MO; grandchildren, Jayden, Cristlyn, Adelyn, Perry, Draven, Zach, and Colin; sisters, Laura (John) Haverstick, De Soto, MO and Eva Hall, De Soto, MO. He is preceded in death by his parents; step-father, daughter, Patty Missey; son, Perry E. Richardson, III; half-brothers, Bob Mahn and Jay Richardson. Perry E. “Perry Bud” worked for Fred Weber; he was a member of International Union of Operating Engineers Local 513; B.P.O.E. #689; and Amvets Post #48. He served in the 106th Ordinance Company Missouri National Guard.
