Brian attended West High School. He married Gayla S. Johnson on August 30, 1997, in Rockford. He was employed by Rockford Concrete Paving.
Brian enjoyed riding his motorcycles, camping, spending time with his family and special friend, Kylee.
Survivors include: his wife, Gayla; father, Bob Newman; grandchildren, Cody Seehaver and Brandon Seehaver; brother, Steven (Angela) Newman; sister, Jody Newman; niece, Jenna Newman; and nephews, Joshua Newman, Peter Hollands and Benjamin Hollands.
Predeceased by: his mother; and daughter, Melissa Newman.
