Joseph Ray Bray, 56 of Danese, W.Va., was the only son to the late Shirley Lee Wolford Bray. He is survived by his wife of over 35 years, and his two daughters, their husbands and his grandchildren, as well as his sisters (info with Names Removed for Privacy)

Joseph had a strong faith in God, and was a loyal, loving friend. He never met a stranger, loved his grandkids to the moon and back, always bragged on his girls and was proud of his wife, his family, and his heritage. He loved football, hunting, fishing, and his horses, and had a way of making everyone smile. He always said his mom taught him the most important lesson, which he leaves us all with, “Be good to each other." His story and legend will live on in all of us.
