Myrtle Grace Paulk Willis Cook, 76, of Omega died Tuesday, May 30, 2017 at Tift Regional Medical Center.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, June 3, 2017 at 3:00 pm in the chapel at Albritton Funeral Directors. Interment will follow at Salem Baptist Church Cemetery
Mrs. Cook was born on August 11, 1940 in Colquitt County to the late Dutch and Estelle Webb Paulk. She graduated in 1958 from Sumner High School and was married to James Franklin Cook of Omega for thirteen years.
In addition to her husband, Mrs. Cook is survived by three daughters and one son-in-law; one son; one sister and one brother; seven grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren.
Mrs. Cook was preceded in death by her first husband, Eddie Lee Willis, one son-in-law, Daniel Yancey and one brother, Gene Paulk.
