The family requests that visitation be observed at Hixson Brothers, Thursday, June 15, 2017 from 5:00-9:00 p.m. and continued Friday from 9:00 a.m. until time of service.
Pallbearers will be Milton Coffman, Trace Marler, Daryl Wilson, Ethan Wilson, Eric Coffman and Albert Herrin.
Mr. Coffman, 85, of Pineville, passed from this life on Saturday, June 10, 2017 at Rapides Regional Medical Center.
Mr. Coffman had over 30 years of service with the Army, Air Force and National Guard. He was a recruiter for the National Guard and worked for the Sheriff’s Department. Thomas was a member of the Masonic Lodge and Shriners. He enjoyed coaching little league, watching baseball and softball on the television, eating catfish at Cajun Catfish House, eating at Cracker Barrel and traveling. He will be missed dearly but his memory will be cherished forever.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Ernest and Bessie Watkins Coffman; brother, Louie Coffman FAG# 57281043 and sister, Mable Coffman Jones.
Those left to cherish his memory include his wife, Jesserene E. Coffman; sons, Terry Coffman and wife, Eileen and Mike Coffman and wife, Suzanne; brother, Milton Coffman and wife, Doris Ann; half- brother, Ernest Milburn Coffman and wife, Gwen; sisters, Linda Coffman Peterson and Mavis Coffman Wilson; half-sister, Barbara Sue Coffman; grandchildren, Ashley Skrljac and husband, Ed, Katie Coffman, Kylie Coffman, Krista Coffman and Gregory Babin and wife, Nicole; great grandchildren, Katie Babin, Brook Babin, Hannah Babin, Henry Skrljac and Jack Skrljac; a host of nieces and nephews.
