Stafford and brother William L. Stafford. He is survived by his mother and father, Earl and Mary French; sisters, Annette (Keith) Scoby and Lisa (Randy) Campbell; nieces, Kristina (Dale) Underwood and Jessica Campbell; nephews, Christopher Scoby and Justin Campbell; great-nieces and nephew, Kira, Kelsey and Paul Dale Underwood; children, Russell L. (Pamela) Stafford, Jr. and Richard C. Stafford; grandchildren, Russell L. Stafford II, and Paula.
