She was born October 11,1967, in Burkesville, Cumberland County, Kentucky, She was the daughter of the late James Richard Hamlett, who preceded her in death in 1974, and Mildred Lois Davis Hamlett
, Columbia County, Kentucky, who survives. She died Sunday, June 11,2017,in Lexington, Fayette County, Kentucky, at the age of 49 years, seven months. In addition to her mother, Mildred Davis Hamlett of Columbia, Kentucky she is survived by the following: One son Troy Armstrong of Columbia, Kentucky. One brother: Richard Allen (Sharon) Hamlett of Columbia, Kentucky. Two nieces: Jessica Hamlett and Emily Pike. Aunt, uncle and a host of other family and relatives.
