She graduated from Mount Ida High School and Henderson State College. She then taught school in Sims, Arkansas and Cutter Morning Star in Hot Springs. She was a beloved mother and grandmother and a friend to many.
Cynthia is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Talmadge Snow of 60 years; three sisters, Dorothy Stovall, Dortha Gibbs, Aletha Dean Hill; two brothers, Grover Stovall and Bud Stovall.
Survivors include one daughter and son-in-law; one granddaughter; a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
