Daughter of Monroe Jackson "Jack" Stovall and Lucy Rankin Stovall. She married Talmadge O. "Tad" Snow on October 11, 1946 in Montgomery Co., Arkansas. They were the parents of one daughter.

She graduated from Mount Ida High School and Henderson State College. She then taught school in Sims, Arkansas and Cutter Morning Star in Hot Springs. She was a beloved mother and grandmother and a friend to many.

Cynthia is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Talmadge Snow of 60 years; three sisters, Dorothy Stovall, Dortha Gibbs, Aletha Dean Hill; two brothers, Grover Stovall and Bud Stovall.

Survivors include one daughter and son-in-law; one granddaughter; a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
