John DeWitt Whittaker age 67 of Bedford, Ohio, beloved husband of Martha (nee Mueller) for 43 years, dear father of John and Tracy (Claudio) and the late Mark and Matthew, loving grandfather of Haley, Jordan, Desmond, Adilynn and Roman, great grandfather of Kailey. Died Sunday June 11, 2017.
John was the owner of Non Ferrous Heat Treating and was an active member of the Bedford Rotary chairing the Bedford Rib Burnoff for many years. He was a member of the Bedford Civil Service Commission.
The family suggests memorials to the American Heart Association.
