He is survived by his sons, Clyde Anthony, Jr. and wife Maribeth, Chris and wife Charlotte; sister, Jeanette Millet and husband Butsy; brother, Morris Berthelot and wife Mable; grandchildren, Austin Berthelot, Ryan Berthelot and wife Nicole, Heather Whitaker and husband Matt, Blaine Blanchard; 3 great-grandchildren; and other relatives.
Preceded in death by his wife, Patricia Ann Berthelot; daughter, Julie Ann Blanchard; parents, Sidney and Emma Settoon Berthelot.
