Jacqueline Mae Webster
June 26, 1934 - April 6, 2017
Salem - Jackie passed peacefully in her sleep with family at her side. She was an amazing mother and grandmother. She will be missed beyond words.
Jackie and husband Ray were members of numerous fraternal organizations. They belonged to the Salem Elks, Salem Eagles, American Legion Post 9, and 40/8.
She worked for State Farm Insurance in Berkley CA and in Salem OR before quitting to start her family. Once the kids were in school she started working for Judson's Plumbing and Heating becoming the office manager.
She retired early to raise two of her grandchildren and help her son recover from a life-altering car accident.
Jackie was preceded in death by her parents, her husband of over 61 years, Ray, and great-granddaughter Destiny.
She is survived by her children, Susan Bakke and Steven Webster; Brothers, Arthur Cunningham Jr. and Wayne (Nancy) Cunningham; Grandchildren Bradley (Katherine) Webster, Nicole Webster, Mandy (Ben) Morlan; Six great-granddaughters, and numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made in her name to: Kindred Hospice, 2925 River Rd S #100, Salem, OR 97302
A memorial service will be held at 2pm Friday, April 14, 2017 at Virgil T. Golden Funeral Service.
