Penny, the eldest of five children, was born August 29, 1947 in Salt Lake City, to Kenneth Odell Larsen and Letty Mildred Hampton. She married Louis Earl Price on May 24, 1968 in the Salt Lake Temple.
Penny is survived by her loving husband Lou and their five children -Trudy (Dan) Fegel; Troy (Brenda) Price; Jared (Carmen) Price; Scott Price and Steven (Chanell) Price. Grandchildren: Zack, Jessica, DJ, Kaylee; Kaitlyn, Kevin, Ethan; Kierra, Preston, Michael; Weslynn; Adalynn, Jennifer & Eric. Her favorite sister, Sherry (Jeff) Balis and two brothers: Dell (Betty) and Brian (Annabelle) Larsen and sister-in-law: Diana Larsen. She was preceded in death by parents & brother Randy.
A faithful member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Penny served in many callings. Family was always her first priority and held a special place in her heart.
Penny shared her talent of making thousands of crocheted angels for family, friends, school teachers, Christmas gifts, and those that helped her with dinners and services.
Funeral services were held on May 31st, beginning at the Eastridge 4th Ward, Sandy. Interment at Larkin Sunset Gardens Cemetery.
