ELKHART — Kathy Snyder, 66, of Elkhart, passed away Monday, June 5, 2017, after an apparent heart attack.
Kathy was born March 8, 1951, in Toledo, Ohio, to the late Salvatore and Bernice (Sobieski) Tabone.
She is survived by her husband of 35 years, Ed Snyder; son James Rhoades; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and brothers Phillip, Sal (Mhy Cayabyab) and Mark Tabone.
Kathy was preceded in death by her daughter, Marieelaina Guerra.
Kathy was an ordained minister and a spiritualist, living all over America and was able to teach in Poland.
She formerly owned Nana’s Flowers in Deming, New Mexico.
A celebration of life gathering for Kathy will be from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, June 13, 2017 at the North Pointe Apartments Community Building, 3330 North Pointe Blvd., Elkhart.
Per her request, cremation has taken place.
Billings Funeral Home is assisting with her care.
