Lee Otric Sanders Wallace was born on August 18, 1937, in Clayton, Panola County, Texas, to Hady and Ella Mae Toler Sanders and Arline Galloway Sanders. She graduated from Turner High School. She married Arthur Lee Wallace and he preceded her in death in 1985. She worked for many years at the Thiokol Plant in Karnack and later as a nurse’s aide at Carthage Healthcare. Mrs. Wallace enjoyed cooking, fishing, gardening, flowers, and the outdoors. Mrs. Wallace played the piano for Pleasant Grove Baptist Church and Crossroads Baptist Church Youth Choir. She was also preceded in death by her parents and one brother Verlis Sanders.
