Randy was born to C. Roy Smith and Helen Joy Enloe. He was preceded by sister Ronalie (Smith) Landon. Survivors included: children Steven, Zackary (Sharon), Mark (Suzanne), Brian (Cindy), and Randie Sue (Wesley Neibaur), and 21 grandchildren. He loved flying airplanes, telling stories, and serving in the LDS Temple in Sacramento. Funeral service held February 10th at Nalder Funeral Home in Shelley. Burial was at Taylor Cemetery with military rites by American Legion David B. Bleak Post 93
