Mrs. Siddall was born May 20,1938 in Harwinton, CT to the late James F. and Claire (Hartnett) Kingsley. She was a graduate of Waterbury Catholic High School and received her Nursing Diploma from New Britain General Hospital Nursing Program in 1973. She worked at Waterbury Hospital for 15 years until moving to Florida in 1987. She continued her nursing at The Homestead in Largo, FL until her retirement in 2001.
