Marcia was born to Charles B. and Hazel Weltmer Gierhart.
She worked at Faultless Rubber, retiring after 28 years. She was a member of the 20 Year Club and homorary member of Local 196 Ruber Workers of America. She had also worked for Eagle Rubber Co., and the Cottage Restaurant.
She is survived by a son, Larry (Pauline) Augler of Ashland; eight grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; a sister Connie K. Thomas and a brother Richard "Mike" McDaniel both of Ashland.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Allen Aulger on 3 Dec 2002; a son Charles Heifner on 1 Oct 2006; and a brother Thomas Gierhart in Jan 1983.
