SURVIVORS: Two Sons, Jeffrey Parker Carter and His Wife, Christina, of Bowling Green. James Jeremy Carter, of Tompkinsville. One Brother, Jackie Riley and one Sister, Teresa Botts, Two Sisters-In-Law, Geneva Welch and Anita Riley, both of Tompkinsville. and Three Grandchildren.
