Joan Carolin Holland, 80, of Portia, passed away Sunday, June 4, 2017, at St. Bernards Medical Center.

Mrs. Holland was born November 2, 1936, in Marmaduke, to Corky and Rachel Ward. She was a retired postal employee and a member of the Portia Church of Christ.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Glen Earl Stephens; her second husband, Bobby Ray Holland; and one son, Todd Joseph Stephens.

Survivors include two sons, Terry (Linda) Stephens and Michael Stephens, all of Belleville, Illinois; one daughter, Paula McLean of Polk City, Florida; four grandchildren, Benjamin McLean of Polk City, Florida, Scott Stephens and Brian Stephens, both of Dupo, Illinois, Brittany Stephens of Belleville; and four great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held at the Portia Church of Christ on Saturday, June 10th, beginning at 10:00 a.m. Funeral services will be held immediately following the visitation at 11:00 a.m. with Robert Davis officiating.
