Born January 31, 1943 in Colquitt County, Mrs. Doss was the daughter of the late John Early Bush and Ruby Lavada Willis Bush. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Oscar Jackson “Jack” Doss, Jr., who passed away in 2014; and a son, Michael Jackson Doss. She was an enrolled agent, senior accountant and partner at Doss and Tawzer Accounting, P. C. in Tifton. She was a member of the National Association of Enrolled Agents, the National Society of Accountants, and Accreditation Council for Accountancy and Taxation and a member of Oak Grove Baptist Church in Kelltown.
Mrs. Doss is survived by one daughter and son-in-law; a daughter-in-law; one brother and sister-in-law; two sisters and brothers-in-law; two grandchildren; one aunt, Irma Bush Norman; 14 nieces and nephews; and many great-nieces and great-nephews.
