Obituary

JACKSONVILLE - Hazel Sinclair Powell, 80, of Jacksonville died Dec. 22, 2007, at Onslow Memorial Hospital.
Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Onslow Memorial Park.
She lived in Mansfield, Ohio, for 33 years prior to moving to Jacksonville in September 2007.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Pearl L. Vincent and Marshall D. Lindsay, both of Kentucky; her husbands, Carlos Sinclair of Olivesburg, Ohio, and Ronald Powell of Chicago; a grandchild, Stephen Sinclair of Mansfield, Ohio; a great-grandchild, Tyler Worthen of Webster City, Iowa; six brothers; and four sisters.
Survivors include four sisters, Zelda Streeter and Emma Menton, both of Kentucky, and Wanda Lindsey and Euva Hearn, both of Ohio; a brother-in-law, Bernard Sinclair of Mansfield, Ohio; five children, Sam Sinclair of Webster City, Iowa, Maynard L. Sinclair of Jacksonville, Pamela Acs of North Topsail Beach, Monte Sinclair of Wellston, Ohio, and Keith Sinclair of Mansfield, Ohio; nine grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be in the mausoleum at Onslow Memorial Park one hour prior to the service.
Arrangements are by Jones Funeral Home in Jacksonville.
