Born in Augsburg, Germany, she lived in Bridgeton for 19 years, before moving to Vineland in 1973.
She was the Assistant Cumberland County Adjuster and was with the county for 28 years.
She was a 1968 graduate of Bridgeton High School. She was a member of the New Jersey State Adjustors Association and served on the Systems Review Committee.
She enjoyed gardening, cooking, reading and taking care of her family.
Surviving are her husband, Lloyd E.; two daughters, Donna VerLee Jones and Nicole Marie Blair, both of Vineland; her father, Franz Nowak of Bridgeton; a brother, Frank Nowak of Sicklerville; a sister, Gisela Interlante of Bridgeton; and a grandson, Christopher Jones, Jr. of Vineland.
A Funeral Liturgy will be held Monday, November 24th at 11am in Sacred Heart Church, Myrtle Street and Landis Avenue, Vineland.
Friends will be received Sunday from 7 to 9pm and Monday from 9:30 to 10:30am in the Wainwright Bernhardt Funeral Home, 1024 E. Landis Ave., Vineland.
Burial will be in Overlook Cemetery, Bridgeton.
