Sharon A. Craig, age 75, was born in Toledo, Ohio on September 28, 1941 to Matthew and Marie (Freier) Trutt. She passed away on Sunday, June 4, 2017 at University Hospitals Ahuja Medical Center in Beachwood, OH. She was a graduate of Bedford High School, Capital University and received her Masters Degree in Library Science from Kent State University. Throughout most of her life she was a librarian in Pennsylvania and Florida where she helped design the layout of the libraries. A passionate fan of theatre as well as books, Sharon was a talented seamstress of stage costumes. She also loved gardening and cooking, and never turned down a chance to go antiquing.

Left to cherish her memory are her children, Lisa Craig and Bryan (Myla) Craig; grandchildren, Rowen Rahn and Greta Anne Craig; brother, Arnold Trutt; niece, Tamara (J.P.) Hebert; nephew, Andrew Trutt and brother in law, Donald Craig. She was preceded in death by her parents; her first husband, Dale W. Craig; her second husband, Gordon Yaple and sister in law, Bonnie Trutt.

The Graveside Service for Sharon will be held on Saturday, June 24, 2017 at 1:30 p.m. in Toledo Memorial Park, 6382 Monroe St., Sylvania, OH 43560. Friends are invited to join the family at the front gates of the cemetery at 1:15 p.m. on Saturday.
