Age 74, passed away Saturday, May 27, 2017 at home with her loving husband by her side. She was born January 8, 1943 in Ann Arbor, the daughter of Floyd Russell and Helen (Smith) Brown. On October 11, 1958, she married Russell Dean Perkins in Knoxville, TN and he survived. Sally was a homemaker all her married life and traveled extensively with her husband. While living in Fayetteville, GA for 24 years, she volunteered at Meals on Wheels. In addition to her loving husband of 58 years, survivors include: one daughter Brenda Perkins of Temperance, MI; one son Russell (Deanna) Perkins of Tecumseh, MI; four grandchildren, Melissa, Matthew, Daniel and Mariah; six great-grandchildren, Sophia, Leah, Olivia, Shawn, Raelynn and Cameron; two sisters, Barbara Penley of Louden, TN and Betty Derstepanian of Belleville; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister Kathryn Faith. Cremation has taken place and there will be no services. Contributions in her memory may be made to Fayetteville, GA Meals on Wheels.
