Kathryn Jane Reese Perry, 89, of Midland, Texas, formerly of Big Spring, Texas passed away on June 5, 2017.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, June 8, 2017 from 6:00-7:00PM at Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home in Midland, Texas. Funeral services will be held Friday, June 9, 2017 at 10:00AM at Nalley-Pickle & Welch Chapel in Midland, Texas. Graveside services will be held on Saturday, June 10, 2017 at 3:00PM at Little Bethel Memorial Park in Duncanville, Texas.
Kathryn was born December 17, 1927 in Colorado City, Texas where she grew up and graduated from High School.
She was married to the late Hervey Barron Perry on December 31, 1945 who preceded her in death on June 5, 2010.
After a long career as a buyer from Hemphill-Wells Department Store in Big Spring, Texas, she owned and operated the Accent Shoppe for over 10 years.
Kathryn is preceded in death by her husband Hervey Perry; parents, Allie Virginia Reese and Walter Mike Reese; her sister, Aleene Holloway and brother, Jordon David Reese.
Kathryn is survived by two daughters, Carol Webster and husband, Tom of Montgomery, Texas and Lana Bruington and husband, Brent of Midland, Texas; three grandchildren, Erin Belcher and husband, Evan of Spring, Texas; Shannon Murchison of Tulsa, Oklahoma; Eric and Abbigail Bruington of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; three great-grandchildren, Ethan and Emily Belcher and Charlie Maria Bruington; sister, Oatherine Woods of Roswell, New Mexico and numerous nieces and nephews.
