Passage. Robert Stephen Henry Millard, 89, passed away peacefully Saturday, May 20, 2017. He was born October 7, 1927 in Bristol, England to Gladys Frye and Herbert Millard.
He served his country proudly during WWII. He married Rose Heller in 1949. Together they had four children. Following her passing, he married Mary Sue Fisher growing his family adding her 2 children.
He was a member of the LDS church and loved serving in the temple in his later years. He was known for his communication skills and always expressed himself with precision and authority.
Private family services will be held at a later date.
