Dan M. Evans of Duncanville, TX, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, May 31, 2017 at the age of 90. He was a graduate of Prairie View A&M University and Sam Houston State University.
Dan retired from the Dallas Police Department in 1977 after twenty-one years of service. He was also a retired investigator for the State of Texas.
Wake: 7:00-7:45 pm Tuesday June 6, 2017 at Evergreen Funeral Home. Service: 10:30 am Wednesday June 7, 2017 at Oak Cliff Presbyterian Church.
Survivors include: wife Ernestine; daughter Sharon (Mervin Sr.) Wright; and two grandsons, Edward and Mervin Jr.
