Wanda Jean Winchester Ford, 57, of Keene passed away Oct. 22, 2014, at Cheshire Medical Center/Dartmouth-Hitchcock Keene.

She was born in Keene July 3, 1957, daughter of Barbara Bishop Dunham and Rodney Winchester. She grew up in Troy and graduated from Monadnock Regional High School in 1975.

Ms. Ford enjoyed many years being a Girl Scout leader, as well as growing up on a farm and gardening. She was especially fond of flowers, music and spending time with loved ones. She enjoyed working for the Great American Motorcycle Rodeo, as well as being a member at the Fraternal Order of Eagles for over 25 years. Some of her favorite activities were snowmobiling, truck driving and being around Harleys.

Survivors include her mother, Barbara Bishop of Kissimmee, Fla.; her brother, Wendell Winchester Sr. of Panama City, Fla.; and her daughter, Michelle Ford of Keene.

Services will be held Thursday, Oct. 30, from 5-7 p.m. at Hope Chapel, 667 Main St., Keene, with refreshments and potluck to follow. Burial will be private.

Memorial contributions may be made in the form of flowers or in donations to the Monadnock Humane Society, 101 West Swanzey Road, Swanzey 03446, in the name of Wanda Ford.
