Chelsea Williams was born In Memphis, TN on the 31st of July 1998, to the late Christopher Williams and Rachael Duckett. Chelsea was a 2016 graduate of Overton High School. She continued her education at the University of Memphis, as a freshman, majoring in Criminal Justice. She was accepted into the National Society of Collegiate Scholars (NSCS) to provide leadership and commitment to herself and the community. Chelsea was a proud student on the Dean's List. Chelsea was smart, ambitious, and she never settled for less. She was a true believer in making sure she continued her education. On the third of April 2017, Chelsea Williams passed away. Chelsea was preceded in death by her father; a grandmother, Billy Jean Williams, a grandfather, Dennis Duckett. Chelsea memories will be cherished by her mother, Rachael Duckett; three sisters, Chasity Duckett, Alysia Duckett, and Kristie Williams; grandmothers, Alisha Tucker and Valerie Duckett; and her grandfather, Andrew Tucker; her brother, Desmond Williams; aunts, Latoya Wilson-Barr, Tonya Williams and RaShun Duckett; and her uncles, Michael Wilson and Robert Barr, Jr.; along with a host of cousins, great uncles, great aunts, and friends.
