Daughter of Revolutionary Patriot Thomas Cooper, Sr. and Sarah Anthony. She married Dr. James Nisbet on 05 Aug 1794 in Greene Co., GA. She and James had twelve children. She was also the aunt of Georgia statesman Mark Anthony Cooper.
She was a Member of the Bible Society -Auxillary to American Bible Society 1826 - 1827.
