I know this was a dream.

I was seeing the horizon,
Bright, not red,
But like the sun might be getting ready to come up.

There seemed to be a shallow boat-
That appeared to be getting ready to start moving.
I saw no water.

I wondered if I was going with it.
As I watched it headed into the horizon--
And then I realized it went without me-
For I was still here.
