Charlotte Dilene Gordon , 68, of Moss Point, MS , passed away on Wednesday, February 1, 2017 in Lucedale, MS . Charlotte was born on August 3, 1948 in Jackson County, MS to the late Robert P. "Bob" and Annie "Boots" Bang Gordon . She will be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother, sister, and friend.
In addition to her parents, Charlotte was preceded in death by her grandparents, Everette and Allie Gordon , and Rev. Ira D. and Margaret (Seaman) Bang.
She is survived by her son, Bobby Daffin, Sr.; grandchildren, Bobby Daffin, Jr., Jacob Daffin, Justis Daffin, and Maesey Daffin; great-grandchild, Bentley Daffin; brother, Wendell (Carolyn) Gordon ; sister, Udean (Hugh) Bodden; uncle, Herbert Louie Bang; aunt, Carolyn Herrington; along with numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
The visitation will be held on Sunday, February 12, 2017 from 2 p.m. until 3 p.m. at Heritage Funeral Home of Moss Point/Escatawpa. The funeral service will begin at 3 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow at Orange Grove Cemetery in Moss Point, MS .
