Died- Cyrille Martin, at Pointe-a-la-Hache, on Saturday, 20 June, 1891 at 3: A. M., age 38 years and 9 months. The death of Mr. Martin was a great shock---The deceased was a native of Pointe-a-la-Hache and spent in our midst all the years of hi8 life---He was in the prince of life, he leaves a large family to mourn his death. In the space of two years, Pointe-a-la-Hache has lost five of her most honored and respected citizens. Three of them being members of the Martin family, one of the largest and most respected families in the parish. The funeral took place Sunday, at 11: O'clock in the morning at St. Thomas Cemetery.
