Jackie D. "Jack" Snyder, 66, Humboldt, Kansas, died Friday, Feb. 15, 2007 at his residence.

He was born March 5, 1940 in Paola, Kansas, to George Wesley Sullivan and Mildred Marie Snyder.

He married Betty "Jayne" Appling on May 10, 1973 in Gas City, Kansas. She survives, of the home.

He was a member of Harvest Baptist Church, Iola, KS.

Survivors include three daughters and two sons-in-law, Robin Culp, of LaHarpe, KS, Rebecca "Becky" and Timothy Beckham, of Iola, KS, and Rachael Snyder and Michael Atwell, of Iola, KS; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Bill and Margarita Sullivan, of Ottawa, KS, and Robert and Charlene Sullivan, of Texas; five grandchildren, Joshua and Tiffany Culp, Kaleb and Dodger Beckham, and Malachi Atwell.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Samuel Sullivan.

Burial is at Mt. Hope Cemetery in Humboldt, KS.
