Funeral services for Mrs. Rita Bilbo will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, June 5, 2017, at Rush Funeral Home, Pineville, Louisiana with the Rev. Kirk Maxey officiating. Interment will follow in Gray Cemetery, Dry Prong, under the direction of Rush Funeral Home, Pineville.
Mrs. Bilbo, age 62, of Bentley, Louisiana, entered eternal rest on Saturday, June 3, 2017 in her residence.
Rita worked many years for the Grant Parish Water Works. She also worked for Rapides Regional Medical Center. She will be missed by her family.
Those left to cherish her memory include her loving husband of 38 years, Vernon Bilbo of Bentley; her daughter, Kimmie Lovato of Prospect; her son, Jason Eric Thompson of Jennings; 3 sisters; 2 brothers, Terry Lee Turnage, John Thomas Turnage; 4 grandchildren, Manuel Lovato, Emily Thompson, Britain Thompson, Tristan Thompson and numerous nieces & nephews.
Visitation will be at Rush Funeral Home, Pineville, Sunday, June 4, 2017 from 5:00 - 9:00 p.m. and will resume Monday, June 5, 2017 at 8:00 a.m. until time of service.
In lieu of flowers, the family prefers that memorials be made to Bentley Baptist Church, 19690 US-167, Dry Prong, LA 71423 .
