David Lapp, age 64, of Fallon passed away at his home in Fallon.

David was born to John and Gertrude Denby Lapp in July 1952. David was raised and attended school in Prairie County, Montana. After he finished high school, he joined and served in the Marine Corp and eventually retired from the Marine Corp Reserve. David worked for several different farms and ranches in the Miles City area and worked the race circuit in Miles City, Billings, and Great Falls for different horse owners. David loved the Yankees baseball team and can watch all of their games now.

David is preceded in death by his parents John and Gertrude Lapp; his sister Anne Lapp Schroder and brother Steven Lapp. David is survived by two nephews; William Schroder and Jared Lapp.

Military graveside services will be held on Friday, June 2, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at the Prairie County Cemetery in Terry. Stevenson & Sons Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
