Abigail Davis was born to Deacon Ebenezer Davis and Mary Wharff.

She migrated from the Essex Co. area to the Warren area through her Davis and second stepfathers (Prince) family connections.

She was of "Western," soon to be known as Warren when she married Dan Kenney, Jr. (III) in Sutton on 29 April 1751. They had four children together before Dan died in August of 1758 while in service during the French and Indian War. The three oldest children, all sons, lived and carried on their father's name, only becoming spelled Kinney in their lifetimes.

Abigail next married a recent widower, Jabesh Pratt, Jr. on 7 Dec 1761 in Sutton. They had two children together, Ebenezer and Abigail. Ebenezer survived to adulthood and had his own family. Jabesh's exact death date is not known nor place of interment, but would have assuredly been somewhere in Sutton.

Abigail married for a third time to Daniel Bucknam, Sr. in Sutton on 18 April 1774. They had one child together, Russell who survived to adulthood and had his own offspring. Daniel Bucknam, Sr. died on 10 June 1783 in Sutton.

Abigail died on 25 Sept. 1814, listed as Mrs. "Buckman,"age 88 in Millbury. The actual burial spot is currently unknown.

Information provided by Cousin Jerry Kuntz (Anonymous), a Kinney cousin descended from two sons of Israel, John and Asa.
