He was born in Miami, FL, August 26, 1936, to William Richter, Jr. and Margaret Fray Richter. Both have preceded him in death.
His wife, Esther Virginia Richter and eldest son, Larry William Richter also preceded him in death.
He is survived by three sons, ten grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
Mr. Richter was one of the first Eagle Scouts in Hollywood, FL. He enjoyed fishing, landscaping and woodworking.
A Memorial Service is planned for July 1, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. for family and close friends.
