Teddy grew up in Hays, Montana, and spent his life fishing, hunting, riding and training horses. He loved laughing, joking, making others laugh and laughing at his own jokes. He later joined the U.S. Air Force, served from 1950 to 1960 and was a member of the Air Force boxing team.
He met and married Mary Sue Anglen in September 1976 in Lake Tahoe, California.
He is survived by two daughters, a son, a sister, two brothers, a granddaughter, a grandson and a great grandson.
