He graduated from Jesup High School in 1966 and then attended the University of Dubuque. He served in the Vietnam War. He lived in Texas for several years working for the railroad and driving a semi truck. He returned to Iowa and worked for Cramer and Associates for 25 years.
Glenn was preceded in death by his father.
He is survived by his mother in Jesup, a son Jordan Foster (Donna) of West Branch, IA and a grandson, Logan. His siblings, Fred of Waterloo. Richard (Beverly) of Radcliff, Daniel (Pam) of Childress, TX, Julie Wunibald (Dave) of Williamsburg, VA and Jeanna of Jesup. and many nieces and nephews.
Celebration of Glenn's Life on Aug 19, at the Jesup Golf and country Club in Jesup where Military Rites was conducted. Memorials may be directed to the family.
