Services for Dwayne Ellsworth Walker, 86, who passed away Thursday, June 1, 2017 in Des Moines, will be held 10:30 a.m. Monday, June 5, 2017 at Linn Grove United Methodost Church with burial following in the Sunset Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Des Moines, IA.


Dwayne is survived by his wife, Edna Mae Walker; children, Patricia (John) Vermace, Pennie (Raymond) Stafford, Janice (Bruce) Bogaards and Dwayne Walker II; seven grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, one great-great grandchild; siblings, Gloria Palicz, Evelyn Onstot, Lowell Walker, Helen Cook, Connie Wood and Judy Vasey.


He was preceded in death by his parents, Forest and Ada Walker, brothers, Milton and Elmond Walker.
