Patricia "Pat" Ann Marks

Patricia Ann Marks "Pat, "was born on April 5, 1953 to Samuel Marks and Elizabeth Potter Marks in Nashville, Tennessee. She transitioned from this earthly life to eternal life on May 30, 2017.

Pat was a graduate of Cameron High School and acquired several years of collegiate studies. Pat's career in Life Counseling spanned across many facilities: Dede Wallace, Cumberland Heights, Open Arms, Renewal House, Next Door and many other counseling centers.

Her hobbies were reading, traveling, casino adventures, shopping in numerous avenues, antique thrifts, online and more.

Pat was one to never meet a stranger, and she touched the lives of everyone she came in contact with. Her true dedication and devotion was to her family. She was a true Family Matriarch.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Samuel Marks and Elizabeth A. Muse; brother, Robert "Bobby" McAdoo Muse Jr.; nephew, Jarvis Muse; and devoted stepfather, Robert McAdoo Muse, Sr.

She leaves to cherish her memory devoted sons, Roderic Lamont Marks and Eric Derico Marks; seven grandchildren, Eric Jr., Akira, Roderic Jr., Deborah, Sharrod, Derico and Azaria; devoted sisters and brothers, Pamela E. (Lindell) Scott, Paula Marks, Troy Muse, Lisa Muse, Tracy Muse and Shelia Muse; uncles, James Potter and Charles Potter; aunts, Sylvia Lawson and Josephine Marks; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; devoted niece, Markisha Muse; devoted great niece, Ju'Liah Muse; devoted cousin, Cynthia Smith; dedicated and devoted friend, Anna Nichols; devoted friends, Jennie Bender, Aiyanna Pruitt, Barbara Jackson, Beverlyn Bradley and Eula Oglesby.
